Bhumi Farm

​​​​​Bhumi Farm, located at Kahripati Bhaktapur, is an extension of Matribhumi School. Students of Preschool and Grade II visit the farm on 15th Ashadh for rice plantation. Students enjoy planting paddy saplings in slushy fields. Grade VI students who study archaeology in the Social Studies curriculum perform an archaeological dig on the farm. Apart from this, students from other grades also visit the farm for different activities. Activities done at this farm help students connect with soil and nature. The Bhumi Farm also helps to promote the environmental awareness and responsibility of the students by teaching them about organic farming, biodiversity, conservation, and sustainability.
